If your Direct Debit payment was taken in January, you won’t pay in April.

Your Direct Debit will recommence on your usual payment date in May.

If your Direct Debit was frozen in January as a result of lockdown it will recommence on normal collection day of the 15th April or 25th April.

A 36% discount will be applied for payments in May for Learn To Swim, Health and Fitness and gymnastics customers to compensate for the first 11 days in April when our sites were not open due to the government’s re-opening dates.

Members who had frozen in January due to self-isolation or illness and who wish to return once we open on 12th April may be charged a pro-rata payment depending on the date the direct debit is due to be re-instated. A member of our team will be in touch to discuss this.

Yes, to ensure that there is only a safe number of people in our centres at any one time, all of our sessions and activities must be booked in advance. It’s super quick and easy to do, click this link to start make and amend your bookings through Leisure Hub.

Chase Leisure Centre 

  • Monday to Friday, our centre is open 6:30am - 10:00pm.
  • Monday to Friday gym opens at 7:00am and closes at 8:00pm.
  • At weekends, our centre (including gym) is open 8:00am - 4:00pm. 

Rugeley Leisure Centre 

  • Monday to Friday, our centre is open 7:00am - 10:00pm.
  • Monday to Friday, our gym opens at 7:00am and closes at 8:00pm.
  • At weekends, our centre (including gym) is open 8:00am - 4:00pm

The safety of our customers and team members is our top priority. We have introduced measures to ensure that our facilities are COVID secure in-line with the latest industry and government guidance.

New measures and guidance include:

  • Reduced numbers in our gyms, studios, and pools to ensure that members can always keep more than 2 metres apart.
  • Our air conditioning has been adapted to circulate fresh air.
  • Sanitisation stations are located across our facilities for customers to use.
  • One-way circulation routes are in place.
  • Our teams will be cleaning equipment on a more frequent basis. Cleaning products are also available for customers use.

 

Yes, our changing facilities are open and available to use.

However, we ask that members arrive ready for their activity and leave promptly afterwards where possible.

 

Group exercise will restart on Monday 17 May in-line with the Government’s re-opening roadmap.

Our Learn To Swim programme will restart on 12th April. You’ll pick up on exactly the same day and time slot you were booked on to before lockdown.

We’ll be emailing all customers soon with more details.

We’d like to thank all customers for their understanding since we discovered the pool was leaking. It’s been a lengthy process, made even more complicated because of the lockdowns but we’re happy to say that work repairing the pool will start in May.

OnDemand classes are available through the home page of the app. Simply scroll down and select the tile ‘On demand classes’ with the green heart.
